Well, Its done , We have taken a good house and turned in into a great one!
This house is around 2000 square foot under airconditioning
It has a wrap around porch on the front and back that is ove 300 square foot and elevated . The front is flagstone and numerous ceiling fans keep you cool while you sip your Iced Tea
1.8 acres of land NO Neighbors. Surrounded on 2 side with state forest (1000 acres)) and fronts SR 44 10 miles west of Deland 15 miles to Eustis . Very close to Royal Trails sub Development.

There is a pond to the left and a small barbeque building out back.
